BMS High & Mid-High Frequency Compression Drivers
Founded in 1994 and located in Hannover Germany, BMS Elektronik GmbH is a leading designer and manufacturer of some of the world's highest quality transducers. Assistance Audio began using BMS drivers in 2000 when BMS was available mainly to OEM manufacturers. To increase our buying power and to bring quality drivers more easily to the end user, Assistance Audio became an official BMS distributor in 2001.

Coda Speakers
Coda is BMS's sister company. They manufacture high end speaker systems; including passive boxes, powered speakers, and line arrays.

CIARE Speakers
CIARE is an Italian company that manufactures high quality speaker components. Assistance Audio became the North American distributor for CIARE speakers in 2003. We needed a speaker company to compliment our BMS drivers and felt that CIARE filled that role perfectly. Like BMS, CIARE is mostly an OEM company in North America. Assistance Audio is now bringing CIARE speakers to end users.

Assistance Audio is a dealer for DDS horns, a US manufacturer of, in our opinion, the finest horns on the market.

Sound Services
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Assistance Audio provides sound services along the Wasatch Front and to much of the Intermountain Area. We provide audio production for concerts, community events, corporate parties, weddings, etc. We provide complete sound system rentals. We use only the highest quality equipment from companies such as: Midas, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft, BMS, Coda Audio, JBL, Sound Physics Lab/Servodrive, Bassmaxx, Crown, QSC, BSS, Audix, Sennheiser, Shure, Beyer Dynamic, Audio Technica, Lexicon, Yamaha, TDM, dbx, Klark Teknik, Drawmer, and Mogami.

While we are proud of our equipment and its configuration for rapid and repeatable set up, we like to stress the service in sound services. This means the most important part of our operation is our staff of qualified sound engineers, system techs, and crew.

In 1978, Jack Arnott began providing sound services in his home state of Montana. He moved to Utah in 1980, and formed Assistance Audio in 1991.
